卑南鄉知本溫泉區長久以來沒有設置自來水設施，也沒有供水系統，衛生單位、鄉民代表會擔心飲用水不乾淨影響觀光形象，要水公司規劃建構自來水供應系統，提升觀光品質。
知本溫泉區一直沒有自來水供應系統，水公司曾對飯店業者調查裝設自來水意願，大多數業者認為水公司第十區處理處供應的自來水硬度高，他們自行引用山泉水或地下水水質比自來水好，安裝自來水的意願不高，水公司也因此沒有積極規劃自來水供應事宜。
縣政府積極推動觀光，衛生局覺得知本溫泉區是知名風景區，使用地下水或山泉水有可能受到汙染，飯店業者不見得能像水公司一樣專業監控水質，會有衛生問題，而自來水在水公司的監控下，供應的自來水都符合飲用水標準，要業者使用自來水。
鄉代會昨天請水公司主任、股長到代表會，代表要求提升供水品質，主席吳信義指知本溫泉區沒自來水，可能引發飲用水衛生問題，危害觀光。
台東服務所主任游玉清說，水公司已計畫在知本地區找土地，設置簡易自來水廠，供應知本地區飯店業者、住戶、商家自來水，不久前也再徵詢業者意見，業者大多願意配合裝設自來水，只要找到土地就可設廠供應自來水。

Flickr 社群邀請所有會員共襄盛舉，加入「24 Hours of Flickr」群組 —— 這是個為期一天、收集來自全球各地照片的專案。 在 2007 年 5 月 5 日， Flickr 邀請會員拿起相機，用照片來記錄這一天的一切。這個活動將會被記錄在《24 Hours of Flickr 》一書中，同時也會從這個群組中精選出一些照片來當成該書的精彩內容。在未來，這個群組中的精彩照片，也會出現在今年夏天由 Flickr 在全球各地所舉辦的活動中。

What happens around the world in one day? In a word – life. Here on Flickr, our members are sharing the world that they see: snapping daily moments, recording history, telling stories, capturing beauty.
To celebrate this global community, we invite you to join us in 24 Hours of Flickr, a day-long global photo project. On May 5 2007, grab your camera and whatever else you need, and chronicle your day in pictures.

La présentation se déroulera de la manière suivante :
- 16h30 - 18h10 : présentation de l' Association ;
les cours de calligraphie à Lyon et Peisey-Valendry ; les cours de la langue chinoise et de Tai Chi chuan;
réflexion sur la question de l'eau potable : l'eau minérale à Evian, le problème de l'eau à Taïwan.
Quels échanges interculturels sont possible ? Une écoute de contes en français est-elle envisageable à
Taiwan ?
- Démonstration de Tai chi chuan (10 minutes)
Le Parc de la Cerisaie fermera à 19h00.
